But I've seen it's real, soars like a bird
It lifts you higher, way past the sun
Makes people cry, they feel overcome
Altruism is the way we all should live
Putting others first, learning to forgive
I know we can do it, tear the hate from our heart
Drop the guns, the anger, make a fresh start
So run and tell everyone
This is our way

You can do it each day
Some days will feel harder
Others won’t be much fun
But remember, altruism
Shines brighter than the sun
I get it, it’s hard when nobody cares
I get it, it’s tough when everyone stares
But you get it too, altruism clears the air
People who hated, forgave, now they care
So don't worry if you find it’s hard to do
Don't worry, trust me, in oneness I'm you
But let’s not go to the soul today
